Content Removal Policy

1. Purpose:
   This page allows you to request the removal of content hosted on aiexotic.com that you believe to be illegal or non-consensual. This mechanism is provided in accordance with our obligations as a website operator.
2. Interpretation:
   In this policy, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms & Conditions. "Business days" means any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in France.
3. Eligibility:
   Whether or not you are a registered user of aiexotic.com, you may submit a content removal request if you believe content hosted on the platform is illegal or non-consensual.
4. How to submit a request:
   Complete the form below with all mandatory fields. You must provide the URL(s) of the content you are reporting and a description of why you believe the content should be removed.
5. How we handle requests:
   Following receipt of your content removal request:
   We will take appropriate steps to review and resolve your request within 5 business days.
   If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know.
   If we determine that the content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will immediately remove it and notify you by email.
   If we determine that the content does not violate our policies, we will notify you of our decision by email.
   Any dispute regarding our decision on non-consensual content will be submitted to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.
6. Abuse of this process:
   If you are a user of aiexotic.com, you warrant that you will not submit any request which is wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we determine that you have breached this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your account.
