Because none of the visual content on this website portrays an "actual human being" engaged in "actual sexually explicit conduct" as those terms are used in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, the record-keeping, labeling, and inspection obligations of those provisions do not apply to AIexotic, its operator, or its affiliates. See in particular 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4) and the express scope of §2257 (limited to depictions of "actual" persons).

1. No real performers

AIexotic is a paid B2C generative platform. Users access the platform under paid subscription or pre-paid credit packs to generate synthetic media. All visual content distributed by AIexotic — whether held privately by the creator, surfaced in catalog or discovery features, or made visible to other users — is generated by artificial intelligence and depicts no real human being. Generations are private by default; any public visibility is opt-in by the creator and subject to AIexotic's moderation pipeline.

2. Reference images (image-to-video)

Certain generation modes accept a user-supplied reference image as a generation input. These inputs are processing inputs, not published content; they are not made publicly accessible. By submitting a reference image, the user expressly represents and warrants that:

• they are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• the image does not depict any person under 18;
• the image does not depict any identifiable real person without that person's prior, informed, and revocable consent;
• the image does not depict any non-consensual or unlawful act;
• the user holds all rights necessary to provide the image to AIexotic for processing.

3. Moderation safeguards

AIexotic operates a layered content-safety pipeline. Pre-generation moderation analyzes user prompts and reference images and blocks requests that target minors, identifiable real persons without consent, or other prohibited categories enumerated in our Terms. Post-generation moderation analyzes outputs and rejects or removes any synthetic content that the safety classifiers flag, including (without limitation) any depiction of apparent minors. These safeguards apply regardless of whether §2257 itself would attach.

4. Removal of unlawful or non-consensual material

Any party who believes that content on the platform is unlawful or non-consensual may submit a removal request through our Content Removal page. Requests are processed within 5 business days. AIexotic also accepts removal requests by email at [email protected].

5. Custodian of records — inquiries
